All requested personalisations will be engraved exactly as they have been entered. Please ensure all spelling is correct before submitting
Due to the metal composition and mirror finish images will appear different from different angles and in different lighting.
Processing time is 5-7 business days on top of the shipping time.
Average shipping time
Within Canada – free shipping packages are sent using letter mail and can take 7-10 days to arrive. Upgrades are available for purchase at checkout. Tracking is NOT included in free shipping
To the USA – Packages are shipped using chitchats then USPS and include tracking. Shipping generally takes a week but varies based on customs. Tracking will not be updated until chit chats transfers the packages to USPS which is 1-2 days after the item is marked as shipped.
Overseas packages – On average take 2-4 weeks to arrive and any additional import fees or VAT taxes are the full responsibility of the buyer.

Personalized keychains made from your pets own pawprints! All you have to do is send us a scan or photo of the pawprints and we will send you a one of a kind gift.
In addition to the pawprints, keychains can be personalized with the names, dates, a few special words, and much much more! You can also choose to have the prints on one side with writing on the back or have it all on one side.
When you submit your order there is a place on the page where you can add a note to the shop about what you would like engraved. Photos will need to be sent in a separate message to the shop or emailed to us at walkerimpressions@gmail.com. If we have not heard from you within 48 hours of your order being placed we will contact you about what you would like to have engraved.

These keychains are engraved to order by the shop so it can take us 3-5 days to process them BEFORE shipping and shipping times can vary depending on your location. If you need something faster or by a specific date please contact the shop so we can ensure you receive your keychain on time.
